FAQ's
Q: Why our computers vs. Dell or Wal-mart?
A: Don’t be fooled! Computers from giant corporations are made from an assembly line and not a person actually putting everything together and testing it. Corporate built machines are commonly built with bottom line components that you wouldn’t normally think to check in purchasing a machine. Commonly in these machines, when one part goes bad the rest of the machine goes with it.
Q: Have you ever seen a corporate built machine missing something you thought it should have?
A: Corporate machines usually skimp on commonly needed connections. Coming without standard keyboard and mouse PS/2 connections.
Q: Proprietary machines?
A: Corporate machines are usually built in such a way that when something does break down you are forced to buy the manufacturer’s specific part, designed only to fit in the allowed specifications of their machine. The cost is extremely high and thus you end up paying whatever you saved from its entry price. Perfect example is with laptops. A laptops price for parts are very high because of how specific it gets for each model.
Q: Why Q?
A: To save yourself from these headaches and other problems, having us build a machine focuses on quality and not bottom price. You’re given a personalized customer service to tailor a machine that suits you best in the standard machine form factors. That means parts will be inexpensive and customizing will be easy giving you a machine you can use for many years as well as being able to upgrade it to keep it competitive.
